Good:-retractable cord for convenience. Cord length is good, but a longer retractable cord would add versatility. Best thing is that it is cordless.

The water revisor is easy to fill and holds enough water. I love how the reservoir is removable so you don't have to lug the iron around to fill it up. Also nice is the detachable reservoir.

I love that it has a storage case that is compact. The built-in handle on the cover completes a great overall design. It has its own casing and base.

Everything works as advertised. I’m grateful and is wonderful that a company honors their warranty.

If i use water/steam, my iron leaks profusely (even after cleaning). The steam is about inexistant and every time i press on the steam button it’s a gamble as to whether or not steam will come out. Going back a corded rowenta.

A replacement water tank / shell costs nearly $50 and is of equally lousy quality. This one is not worth a penny!
