Pros

Microwave function works well. Clearly written user manual. There is a learning curve. Other than that, my only complaint is that there need to be two risers.

It bakes and air fries as well or better than any countertop unit i've had. Convection bake feature is one of my favorite for reheating most foods and making toast or garlic bread. Air fryer option works great!

Can take a while to 'cool down' after even microwaving. It preheats fast where the bluestar takes 20-30 minutes depending on temp. It heats leftovers perfectly without changing the texture or moisture level.

Cons

Out of 30 day amazon warranty. Panasonic refuse to provide any assistance.

This review was sincerely submitted. Very disappointed. What a joke. It's not intuitive.

It still takes too much time to use it for the simplest that is partly because we've been avoiding it - which, i'm sure, was not intended by its designers.

By the end of the process your entire mw is in pieces of potatoes because sensor requires you do not cover food, so almost after each meal you have excessive cleaning exercise. Etc, etc have the same disappointing and rather disgusting results.

Great for micro wing, convection and air frying.

It does not maintain a constant temperature- if preheated to 400, then turned off and back on immediately, it is 350 and preheating again.

My 4 yr old k****aid convection microwave stopped working suddenly, being the second one of that brand to die a premature death.

I'm very happy with this purchase, it is definitely worth the money spent!

For the trim kit, i purchased a used 24 inch trim kit (nn-tk81kcs) which saved $100.

A bit pricey but it does make your microwave look sharp.

Delivery was quick and product was in prestine condition.

Competitiveness

Although it cost more than many other microwave combo units, the quiet operation and simple operation was worth it.

Also the fan can run independently of the oven so that'll sometimes seem odd when compared to other microwaves.

Of the few manufactures that sell inverter microwaves, only 2 had a combo with air-fry, and the panasonic was smaller than the other.
