Pros
Microwave function works well. Clearly written user manual. There is a learning curve. Other than that, my only complaint is that there need to be two risers.
It bakes and air fries as well or better than any countertop unit i've had. Convection bake feature is one of my favorite for reheating most foods and making toast or garlic bread. Air fryer option works great!
Can take a while to 'cool down' after even microwaving. It preheats fast where the bluestar takes 20-30 minutes depending on temp. It heats leftovers perfectly without changing the texture or moisture level.
Cons
Out of 30 day amazon warranty. Panasonic refuse to provide any assistance.

It still takes too much time to use it for the simplest that is partly because we've been avoiding it - which, i'm sure, was not intended by its designers.
By the end of the process your entire mw is in pieces of potatoes because sensor requires you do not cover food, so almost after each meal you have excessive cleaning exercise. Etc, etc have the same disappointing and rather disgusting results.

It does not maintain a constant temperature- if preheated to 400, then turned off and back on immediately, it is 350 and preheating again.
It cooks evenly, and as mentioned, doesn’t cycle on/off.
Price
Nice microwave but not sure if the broiler gets as hot as some others and it’s one of the most pricey but overall a nice microwave oven.
Competitiveness
Of the few manufactures that sell inverter microwaves, only 2 had a combo with air-fry, and the panasonic was smaller than the other.

I dont think its as good a convection oven as my convection toaster oven takes longer to bake something and i dont understand when youre only microwaving something why it has a cool down cycle but thats very minor
