Pros
The design, aesthetics, functionality, flatbed are top notch. My only reservation are the written descriptors associated with the touch pad.
Frozen reheat works very well. No need to worry about a rotating glass cooking tray. Only drawback is that even after running for say 2-3 minutes, it run few seconds cycle of cooling.
Cons
This piece of junk has stopped working. Unless you cook alone wearing headphones, this is a problem.

There is little to no innovation taking place in terms of cooking food with the electromagnetic energy.
Had issues with the door in the last one but it was heavily used.

No probs cooking but the flat bed with no turntable provides so much more space and is easy to clean
