Pros

Behind the knob dial is a whole lot of other settings that you can either memorize, or wait, while it slowly displays what your knob turn means. The * of the touch pad are easy to use.

This machine is much nicer aesthetically. Adequate space, 2. See pic. I also suggest seeing if any other models are more resistant to fingerprints.

Panasonics turbo-defrost is amazing. It heats very evenly.

Reheated food and microwaved baked potatoes usually come out evenly heated and as expected. Now this oven is deeper than my last and slightly squatter.

Cons

Panasonic makes garbage microwaves. The warranty is useless since panasonic has pulled out of the us market. Magnetron is covered for warranty for 5 years for parts only, nothing else is covered including labor.

The tray sits on a flimsy roller and the tray is hard to fit in the center slots. The button that opens the door is also loose and wobbly. The inside cavity is dark gray, really?

It was large, and had the cyclonic inverter features which were supposed cook your food better than anything on the market.

If it were quick, it'd start when you pressed it* have to press power button (down from 10) repeatedly for low setting.

Price

At $200, this microwave would be a bargain.

I think we could have fixed it with a $15.

At a price tag of nearly $400, it should not only do that but wash your car for you as well.

I did get this as a warehouse purchase with a nice discount.

Packaging/appearance

The unit does not look cheap, and it wasn't.

Well, the new microwave seemed to check all the boxes.
