Cons
The microwave travelled in the retail box package with no exterior packaging. The power level feature isn't great. It just feels like a total rip-off!
The mwo is still under warranty but contacting panasonic, even using the method recommended by amazon. Parked up after 1 year and 2 months. Worst case the warranty is so called offered by manufacture. Door makes a loud noise when shutting.
Never buy anything from amazon expecting help. The oven portion is much smaller even though the outside dimensions are similar.

Makes a clunking sound from the wheels on the ring under the tray.
The microwave sound is softer than the old one but the beeping and the sound of the door opening/closing is loud.

This one takes up more space as the exterior dimensions are larger but has a smaller interior cavity
