Pros
The sensor reheat and defrost work well. Works great and heats the food even and the automatic settings are prettt accurate.
This microwave replaces an older panasonic microwave that quit working after 15 years. This is the second identical model, the first was 6 yrs old before a switch malfunctioned. Both functions in this panasonic work well.
Noisier than i am used to. Works fantastic and so easy to use. We prefer the knob to adjust time and power.
Panasonic is a great brand for microwaves. Love this microwave. My really likes it. Looks and runs great.
Cons
It's hard to read the names of the * with the tiny black lettering against the stainless steel background.

There are features that i have not had before that i find very useful - the melt features and the keep warm feature.
Nice features, love the”dial” as well as the specific keys.
You have to unplug it first, then plug it back in, before you do anything else you press ‘start’ twice.

This is the same panasonic model we previously owned.
Won't buy any other brand, love it.
Bought this to replace the previous microwave we had, which was the same model.
