Pros

Keypad sound isn't crazy loud. Keypad display isn't abnormally bright. Quicker cooking/heating than previous model. For most of us our microwave is used to reheat food or make popcorn.

Cons

It runs like a $90 microwave from 20 years ago with slow on/off/on/off cycling on intermediate levels. But the replacement is 1 yr. I contacted smart guard insurance, their coverage starts after the manufacturer, that is after one year.

Everything is cooked/defrosted unevenly in this.

Very disappointing, but too much trouble to pack up and ship back. Returning will charge me roughly $86.

Would be hesitant to buy this brand again. This product is utter junk.

Quality

Have always loved panasonic microwaves, long lasting and very dependable

Nice high power, cooks well and evenly.

Buttons are not hard to press as some have said from my experience.

Only difference is child proof door locks and a dark colour interior.

Price

The higher wattage is well worth the price.

Nevertheless, considering the attractive price we secured during a sale, it unquestionably offers excellent value for money.

The plastic black shell makes it very inexpensive.

Shipping

It arrived early and in excellent condition.

Competitiveness

I've tried others and they don't compare.

Yet, it's disheartening to hear of similar malfunctions reported by others, highlighting a potential concern with this model's reliability.

This is a similar unit but with a touch panel instead of physical buttons (and lower cost).

Basically the same as my previous panasonic which lasted 7 years.
