Needless to say, we are very pleased with this product.
This product works as advertised and has allowed us to once again experience our tapes.
Take them out and reminisce with the panasonic vhs-c adapter that allows you to view the tapes on your vcr.
This appears to be identical to the adapter that came with the camcorder when i originally purchased it nearly 15 years ago.

I had bought another brand, and right out of the package that adaptor did not work.
Competitiveness
I've purchased cheaper models and they can't compare with this one.
Even though many of them hadn't been viewed in years.

It is the original device for vhsc tapes

I considered saving a few dollars on an off brand model but since the original has lasted this long why risk it
