The picture quality is fantastic, however, the controls are not the most intuitive in the world and the 48hz display is flickering.

The samsung image quality just could not match the image quality like the 2 year old panny across 480i/480p/720p/1080i sd/hd channels.

The picture is clear and the price was great.

The panasonic th 58pz800u 58 is a tremendous bang for the buck compared to similarly price 52 lcds from anyone including samsung or sony.

As for my setup, i used hdmi cables to go from my dvd player and sat receiver directly into the televison.

I didn't adjust the tv much, it does the job right out of the box.

, let me tell you i am sold on panasonic plasmas, you will not reget getting this or the 50inch version of the pannys!

I wish it did have one or two more composite or s-video inputs.

I recommend buying this or anyother tv from amazon.

It will not fit a ford explorer or a suburban standing up.

The delivery was scheduled by the freight company and then they called to reschedule because they supposedly didn't have the tv on-time.
