Pros

There is a bit of a learning curve with this game, but don't let that deter you. It's complex without being complicated. Instructions are good.

Reviewer says game fits cthulhu mythos like a glove. Adds a new twist to the classic pandemic game. Fans of lovecraft and pandemic will enjoy this lovecraft spin.

The basic gameplay loop is essentially the same as in you move around the board, removing cultists (this game’s version of disease cubes) as you go. The mechanics are amazing and we are big pandemic fans so was rather easy to pick up.

It also makes sense as a counterpoint to some of the randomness. Now that i've clarified them, the games are much more tolerable. I want to play with my regular gaming friends to see how challenging it is with 3 people who are more experienced gamers.... Read More

If you are a cthulhu fan, this is a cooperative game that ramps up quickly. It's awesome that it isn'tcompetitive but coop so we won't fight. This is one game i did by and did not have buyer's remorse.

This game is just way too complicated with convoluted rules. There is no one rule. It is too complicated.

To me, that reduces future playability because you end up with the same character more often.

And adjusting the level of difficulty may make this board game very replayable!

Havent played it yet, but packaging looks new so it seems promising everything will be in the box

If you like the theme, and you like pandemic, this is a no-brainer ('cause cthulhu sucked your brain out).

As a fan of pandemic and hp lovecraft, getting this game was a no-brainer.
