Packaging/appearance
Very pretty charm, bit frustrating it doesn't come with a box.
Great little charm bought a box for it as ad clearly states no box so no problem there.
Shame they don't supply a box, which detracted from an otherwise lovely gift.
Very pleased but be warned: the charm comes in a little plastic bag not in all the fancy packaging.
