The sizing chart is accurate for the most part for non post lipo buyers. I plan on ordering this in the size small to see how small i can get my waist to go. It fits perfectly.

This product is the most uncomfortable thing i've ever worn. The sizing is incorrect. This is the biggest waste (not waist) of money imaginable. Simply a joke.
