Pros

Makes my hair so soft and silky. Conditioner is pretty thick, so you have to really saturate the hair with it and brush it through to get the benefits from it. Cleanes my hair highlighted hair, and protects my hair from further damage.

Pantene is the best shampoo for my family. This shampoo and conditioner is really a blessing. Will definitely be sticking with this shampoo. Works like it should.

Conditioner saturates better than any other i've tried. Even the shampoo is thick and moisturizing. I love the scent and it makes my hair so soft.

Cons

I have several bottles that they refuse to reimburse me for or even replace. It is more like the cheaper shampoo you get at a discount store. Do not recommend.

Have not used yet, but feel very misled about the title of product. It made my hair look oily. Smell gives me a headache.

Cleans and conditions better than any other brand i have used.

Don't buy this shampoo and complain that it doesn't work the same as salon brands.

But this product is still better than 85% of the other products out there.

It is still better than most of the expensive cr4.
