Pros

The heating option is great, and the reverse direction of the shiatsu is great. Has 3 different motions. Gets every knot and the heat setting is the greatest thing.

Cons

Unplugging and plugging the power cord would sometimes get it to a working state, but not always. The rotator should only rotate in one direction.

Not much durability. I wish they could fix the obnoxious squeaking sounds & ripping fabric. Not a very durable product.
