This not only is incredible for my back but is also amazing for my feet. Best when sitting in a chair not as easy if laying down because of the size. I sit at a desk all day and i have “teller neck” they call it.

This is the strongest, most sturdy/well-made massager i've ever used. One of the best discretionary purchases i have made. Is very strong and sturdy.

The heat option is great, and the reverse direction of the shiatsu is great. The heating isn't extremely warm but it’s a cool plus. Please be careful though, many reviews state burns.
