Pros
Unlike some other omega products, this one has no fishy aftertaste. Does what other fishy smell fish oils do. It is a little pricey that is the only downside.
Cons
The capsules leak and there is fish oil coating on product and hands. This is unacceptable. These are the only omega 3s that i've ever taken and not seen any benefit. Would definitely not buy again.
