The quality of the turmeric is good, and it seems to be having the effect i'm looking for, so i will keep buying it. It's also in vegetarian capsules, which is important to me. No harmful side effects like over the counter or prescription medication.
Cons
Also, 250 mg is too small of a dose to be effective.
