Make sure you have all three prongs in totally before you try and turn and take them out

If you only have one or two prongs in you will snap and break it

After trying to use this without attaching to the a skimmer handle i couldnt get the popups to turn and lock in

I tried attaching to a pole but the small black plastic knobs werent long enough to fully attach and kept slipping when turning

You need to use the pole to get the leverage needed to twist the popup heads into place but this tool doesnt connect very well as built
