Shipping
The shipping had delivery guaranteed for nov 2, but when i changed the delivery to his address it was bumped out to nov 7.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was perfect, installation was super easy and was u boxed eating popcorn about 20 minutes after cracking it open.
Solution, when you go to dump the kettle unhook it from the front arm that is resting on to be able dump all the contents.
I’ve never followed the directions before when using a popcorn machine, but since i ordered the 16oz kettle, i figured i’d give it a try.

I started with a small 8oz kettle in my home theater at the old house.
We bought it for our family’s “movie nights” and it has been used many times in the month we’ve had it.

It was missing some parts one washer and both feet

On one side of the cart are the two wheels and the other side should have adjustable feet which were missing so the stand does not sit level

The glass door hinges were not aligned properly for the doors to just slide in as it should be i had to loosen and tighten them to get the door installed

If you buy this figure out which direction you want the exhaust vent to go before you put the machine on the cart or you will have to get a step ladder to adjust

It seems like the power cord should come out of the machine more towards the back than where it is
