Pros
A bit pricey, but nice product overall. Love it - as pictured and has a rustic look to it. Fits the spot perfectly.
Gives off a nice soft bright glow.
Cons
The square portion with the birds is crooked (on both nightlights) and there's no straightening it out. The square glass bird front is so wobbly, and not * in tightly. It seems very cheaply made and over priced.
The night light snapped in two as soon as i took it out of the package. The square piece broke off the part that plugs in. Miserable effort to apply the shield.

I am using them under low cabinets and they help with light and are also very pretty!
I had trouble finding a nightlight i was satisfied with.
Yes, quality has gone downhill in the last few years, everywhere almost, but this doesn't 'get to me' like some other stuff can.

I read here that this might be bent since its made of metal but ours was straight it looks finethe paint job is another matter though what was shown by a buyer was exactly what we received it looks kinda strange being one color then in the center of the birds theres dark markings that is supposed to be ageing done not so well

When mine is plugged in it is more of a silhouette that what is pictured here on amazon

From what i can see on amazon the 4 watt and the 5 watts are the same maybe not but that is what i read

About the look of it yeah its a crappy paint job i was going to paint it too but after placing it where it is now i decided that it cant be seen its out of sight and not noticeable

I would definitely repaint it or not get it if you will be placing this in an area that can be noticed
