Pros & Cons
Pros
Best feature to me is how smoothly machined the threads are. Its rugged and self adjusts to the chain very easily.
Cons
Used once and broke so very easily. The pin that is supposed to remove the link is way to flimsy. It is clear this tool was already cracked before i used it.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to use, seems to be very ruggedly built
Best feature to me is how smoothly machined the threads are, making this extremely easy and accurate to use.
I've had many chain breakers over the years and every one of them is obsolete or quit working.
This one will break every chain up to 12 speeds and looks like it will last through whoever gets it in my toolbox when i'm done.
Price
This is the best value for your money.
Tried being cheap and ordered a $18 tool on amazon that somehow had ok reviews.
I've bought all of the cheap ones, to not spend the money on the park tool one.
Spend the extra money on this one, it's worth it.
Competitiveness
I have tried several different chain breakers, some cheap and some expensive, this one is the best.
