Pros

Accurate and repeatable performance. Easy to read screen and easy to push *. I do not have any complaints. Only complaint is that it captures the weight quickly. I feel confident it is accurate.

Cons

Body of scale was scratched up from being clamped and used. The unit inside if very cheaply made. I have thousands of dollars of park tools and this is an embarrassment.

The scale locks in the weight so fast that you can't hang a 2nd item to get a collective weight. Even when hanging a bucket and using the tare, it beeps as soon as the first thing bumps the bucket and ignores any subsequent items. Lb ball as 3 lbs.

The scale was obviously used, returned, and repackaged. Box wasn't even sealed. But those pluses are minor compared to accuracy and ease-of-use.

3) for a $50+ scale, i would expect the manufacturer would include the necessary batteries.
