Pros & Cons
Pros
Have a clean toothpick handy to position the patch. Have a sharpie handy to mark the puncture area. Identify the punctures by using air in the tube.
The adhesive works great for me, and i've had no patch come off. Works like the standard glue/patch system but without the glue. Makes patching simple.
An amazing patch. Am on my third box now; highly recommended. Would definitely buy again & again.
Cons
Pre-glued patches leak. Buyer beware. Many park tool products have been uniformly great except this patch.
Patching tubes really rarely works in real life. These patches only work if you use rubber cement to hold them on. Didn't hold seal, even on a small pinhole puncture.

Was up and running immediately after applying the patch and not even a slow leak.
Price
Bought it as the cheapest option and to store it in the saddle bag.
Packaging/appearance
I didn't clean the tube, just abraded it with the included sandpaper, and that's it.
Competitiveness
Almost all the other brands i’ve used didn’t work.
Compared to the factory included patches and tear aid these patches work better on sleep pads.

The leak is a tiny pinhole right along the seam which youd think would make the patch not take but not so
