Pros

This tool will save me countless dollars in service costs at my lbs. It is very very expensive though.

This is a good addition to a bicyclist tool bench if they are serious cyclists. A great investment for the home mechanic.

The build quality is fantastic. Well built like anything from park tool, and spendy too. It will probably outlive me.

Cons

At the top, the center of the feelers are slightly to the right. Adjustment are difficult to make even after greasing the adjustment bolts. It's glaringly obvious that it's just a chinese-made product.

It's build quality is typical park and it will probably outlive me.

I don't have one yet, but i have seen it used for the fat tires, even with the tire on if you only have one arm on.

Price

All of this was done with no cost to me.

Can't really speak to the price, i would imagine there are cheaper ones that would work as well, i'm just boujee.

Packaging/appearance

You must buy the $75 centering gauge in order to properly center (calibrate) the truing stand.

Competitiveness

The stand now stays centered after i calibrate and lets me do a great job of truing wheels.

The cheaper brands may work for some.
