Pros
The magnetic ends are great for grabbing loose bearings. They make retrieving little metal parts that try to escape you behave.
Cons
Magnets are so inconvenient. They stick to everything. They even stick to nuts, bolts, metal shavings. It's a horrible design. Buy a different brand and save yourself some headache.
