These are of good quality make and work very well on the roadside repairs
I’ve purchased park tools products for years now and they do seem to have very good quality items.
It hurts nothing and it isn't worth the time to peel off.
One of my tubes has three of these from thorns, earned over the course of about a year.
Price
Slightly pricey for patches, but so far have worked great.
Recommended---best comparable price for what you get.
I would pay a hundred times this for a tube that won't go flat ;o(

One thing i do is add a piece of sandpaper to the box

The tube needs to be abraded where the puncture is or the patches will not stick
