There are, however, other reputable companies offering level 2 chargers with more bells and whistles like real-time charging data via a mobile app and the ability to schedule charging times to take advantage of lower time of use electricity rates and more flexibility to switch between plug-in and hardwire with the same unit, at prices that are comparable or even a little lower than this charger, so i would encourage all buyers to do their research.  Read Less
