Pros

Solidly built and will take a ton of *. Great for replacing old flor. Easy to mount and hook-up.

Legrand sockets are made of a tough high temperature polymer. They are rated for up to 660 watts (same rating as a porcelain socket) per stamping on the socket as well as the legrand website.

Found a disconnected wire in the old base and repaired it. Needed to fix some old bird pan watering heaters. Had a small project and needed bulb base. Mine powers a weather station rain gauge heater.
