For many, this will be the go-to pasta reference book on your book shelf. It's a terrific book for those not interested in learning to make pasta from scratch. I'm particularly impressed at how kosher-friendly this book is.

Pasta revolution offers some of the tastiest recipes to come out of the test kitchen in a while. There are a lot of good reminders no matter how seasoned you are. It helps cooks like me, whose primary aspiration is to get food on the table on time.

On the side is actually additional recipes that are not pasta but will go well with the pasta recipes in the book.

Oh the restaurant cooks still do it better than me but i think with some personalization the atk pastitsio recipe could catch up to theirs after just a couple more tries

Dont get me wrong there are some very good recipes in this book and if your cookbook library is short on pasta books this would be a good choice
