Pros
Great item, the quality is exceptional. Model is hch-2000 di and is exactly as depicted in amazon description. Very pleased with the purchase and good value for money.
It gives excellent radiant heat and is easily adjusted from 1 to 3 bars or switched off simply by pulling a cord. Both work and seem to punch out a fair bit of heat, so for the price, i'm not unhappy.
Well-packaged and easy to assemble. Easy to assemble, sturdy, very effective and efficient heating.
Cons
Infrared tube broken in box. Hardly makes any impact. Strongly recommend not to purchase.

The screws supplied are soft and of poor quality.
There are some minor problems to do with the assembly.

Bought these early spring when the price was lower.

Theyre really good but the head cant be adjusted as it just falls down if you try to tilt it upwards

Assembly was mostly ok apart from the diagrams were not so useful

Instructions were poor for assembly but we managed to do without only base but v important as needs stability

The lower of the three column sections is attached simply by undoing the screws at the top of the base and screwing the column on
