I love their viper steel series, and it's one of the highest sticks you can get.
With this memory from patriot, the computer booted up, screen and keyboard lit up, and everything seemed normal.
Rated for cl18, but installed in hp probook g9 (ryzen 5) and only recognizes cl22.
The keyboard would not light up and the fans would spin.
Competitiveness
I chose this memory because the price difference is only \300-\400, so it can be used for another hi-spec pc in the future.
With the other brand that sounds like horse hair, the computer would turn on but the screen would just be black and obviously unlit.

I havent had time for real world testing yet but wanted to comment that this memory works in my computer but the other did not

The pc specs list the size up to 16gb

The cpu corei3 8th generation supports up to 32gb but i could not find the mobo specs
