Machine is unstable using wither xmp profile. Motherboard can run up to 4600mhz, it's not the motherboard. Tried various voltage settings for both the cpu and ram but cannot get stable operation even at 3.

I bought the 2x32gb ddr4 3600mhz and run them as such with xmp on the msi z690.
Competitiveness
Paired with a ryzen 5, in a msi tomahawk b350 motherboard.
Works well on the new ryzen 3 2200g at 2666mhz and could be overclocked higher easily

My ram was a little flimsy but i dont think it will make any impact on performance being that it is just decoration

Though labeled as running 2666mhz ddr the actual memory clock is 1200mhz about 10 less

It might be the board design cant guarantee the higher data rate or the memory itself needs more precisely controlled board either way the extra money was not paid for the higher speed

Second it is not easy to install in that my build requires a low profile memory where one side of this memory is 3mm too high

In the end the heatsink was trimmed off to fit the case instead returning and selection but not a total satisfactory

The truth to select a heat sink trim instead of returning was that the heatsink got off when analyzing the problem

The piece of metal was glued on with double sided tape not bearing anything related to heat dissipating
