Pros

Paul mitchell is a socially and environmentally responsible brand. Tea tree oil in the ingredients is fantastic for dandruff control. I wish the packaging were better.

The product leaves your hair feeling clean, light, and with a refreshing scent. They have a nice fresh aroma and leave a tingling scalp sensation.

Cons

Product arrived with a broken pump. Have to unscrew the top to use each time or buy a pump bottle to transfer it into. My head feels frozen everytime i use it. Will not be buying again.

Item as described quick ship good price

Shipping

I live in canada and it was delivered in january so it may have cracked due to the cold weather.

Packaging/appearance

The shampoo was leaking and the package and the bottle were dirty and not full!

Shampoo is great but arrived broken from the bottom :(

Competitiveness

Tried a number of other tea tree shampoos, this is the real deal.

This 1l format is definitely the best value, considering the 300ml format is almost the same price!
