The quality and quantity was excellent and i even had enough for another time.
I am so very happy with the results.
There are no instructions included with the product but i watched a few youtube videos before doing it.
My only issue was with the glue dots, they are not strong enough so all my little balloons kept falling off the arch.

I noticed the confetti ones pop easier so don’t inflate them as much as the colored balloons
