The graphics card was blocking it so i needed a solution to move my graphics card down away from my one short pci slot

It needed to extend over the card not just the port so it is really at its length limit

Plus the little board on the end that plugs into my graphics card is a bit too tall and will not allow my card to fit closer to the case so i can screw it in
