Pros
The high gloss finish is fabulous and matches my darth vader ps4. Aesthetically it is very pleasing to look at.
It's actually a bit fussy to connect the controller sometimes though. My only gripe, which is very minor, is to state it's not seamless to plug you controller into the dock.
Cons
Very difficult to holster the controllers. The charger's design puts fairly high stress on the microusb connector of the dualshock 4.
Functionally terrible. Worked well, for awhile. A replacement by another brand is already en route!

Well it hasnt been a long time since i purchased this item but i must say that it is very efficient i like that it charges both controllers and the indicator shows a different color when its charged

I swear that the controllers stay charged for longer too as opposed to using the charging cableusb port on the front of my ps4
