Pros
Only complaint is trigger add on sometimes pops off if you get too passionate, but not often. The trigger extensions snap right on and feel great.
The silicone grips are good also but they do rub on the controller and slow down movement of the analog stick. The thumb grips add control without being overly present. Overall good covers. Best thumb grips.

This is the best and cheapest ps3 controller upgrade you can find. It is extremely affordable and completely fixes the incompetent ps3 controllers.
Cons
Cheep price but cheep quality as well. The shoulder * are obviously too small to properly fit a ps3 controller and pop right off because there is nothing to hold them on. Thumb grips are just ok.

I had to glue them on with an epoxy as dropping the controller makes them pop off
