Pros
The elite controller is very easy to use. The joysticks tend to run a little more sensitive than the standard xbox controllers. Feather touch * and triggers, light weight in hands, no issues. It takes a few extra seconds to turn on your console.
This is likely to be the last one you need for a looong time. This is better than the gambit. Xbox version has rumble support.
Cons
It never stops and never slow blinks. If you looking for a good wireless controller this ain't it its got terrible audio and the sticks are not as responsive with it connected wireless.

That said, they feel very very smooth and of a higher quality than i honestly anticipated.
Positives: comfortable, good weight, long enough battery life.
Negative: when i charge via the usb on my xbox, the controller de-syncs and will not turn on properly.
Great feel, sticks are a bit loose and fast but it can be adjusted in the victrix xb app.

The controller has better grips than the elite series 2 controller.

The shoulder switches have no dead zone at the beginning which makes them far too easy to accidentally trigger

You can adjust this in software but it doesnt seem to properly adjust the rest of the curve after it if that makes sense

The face buttons are a little wonky honestly but ive got those back paddle buttons

The modularity of the buttons and analog sticks is a gimmick and you cant change them in any meaningful way but i find the little six button arcade button face to be clever and i at least appreciate that
