Pros

Comfortable and immersive. I would liken to the best wired controllers. Works great with elden ring and my emulators. The controller is decent, but not perfect.

Analog sticks have stick drift overtime. Great trigger *. Haven't tried the customization app yet.

Cons

The issue is they only last about 5-6 months minimum with constant use for an fps game.

The a-button sticks almost every time. Had to modify the membrane, and carefully install it. It's obvious the plastic piece of the joystick broke but they say my warranty is not valid anymore.

Left analog stick frequently drifts downward. Wired cord plug doesn't stay plugged in.

I've had this controller for a few months now, and it still works great

They would stop working after 3 to 6 months and i just got tired of it.

Also, the cord is firmly seated into controller but does unplug if needed.
