It helps with my redness the same way that other azealic acid serums have, but the formula is more rich and juicy.
It's a great little azelaic acid that is pretty elegant given how not nicely that ingredient usually plays with others.
I have very dry perimenopausal skin, so i have to pile on 6 hydrating moisturizers twice a day.
However i must have disrupted my skin barrier because the last time i tried it, it stung and i had to rinse it off.
Price
One of the few products that has actually helped my redness and surprisingly not costly!

No scent which i certainly cant say about the stinky version from paulas choice
