In american sizing i wear a 5 or 6 so i recommend going up 12 sizes

You want the garment to feel snug but comfortable so they shouldnt be tight or cause a muffin top

One suggestion these garments are asian sizes so they do run much much smaller than american sizing

For myself i go 2 sizes up to allow for shrinkage and for more comfort
