The user interface is improved as now it also stays in mesurement mode for a while when lcr40 requires pressing the button each time.

Removed one star because changing from automatic to fixed measurements and frequency selection is a bit difficult and counter intuitive.

Many components are hard to read or they have no value markings.

Would have been so much better if only, standard aa/ aaa cells were used to power them.

I saw this one used on a u-tube video and the price was right.

I needed an lcr meter for some audio electronics work and i didn't want to pay $500.

00 (or more) for a benchtop unit.

Packaging/appearance

I resisted springing for this cause it seemed a lot for a little box.

This is much more convenient than hp4800.
