Pros

With the cap in place, the contents maintain the temperature, and the infuser steeps to perfection. The lid is not a tight fit but is designed so that you can easily cap it on the mug to prevent dust and keep your liquid warm. The seller is good.

The porclein is dishwasher safe. The strainer works great for tea. The cover is perfect while steeping and as a coaster for the basket while i am drinking.

Orange for my daughter, lavender for grandbee girl. Beautiful ceramic mug. Ceramic cap is substantial and helps keep the 16 oz of tea hot unless i sip it too slowly.

The handle is large and i can comfortably hold the mug. The weight of the mug is heavy enough to feel sturdy but not too heavy to tire out the hand. Firstly, the handle is great, big enough to get a good grip, without being in the way.

Cons

The handle now has a hairline crack that is moving. Afraid to use it often for fear of crack or breakage. Broke on first day.
