Pros & Cons
Pros
Pd 5l sling is just lovely as a daily carry, though i must say, for me, it's almost too big!
Workmanship of the bag is exceptional. The sewing is perfect, materials are good looking and the reinforcements look like they will add immeasurability to the bags durability. Once again this bag fits nicely inside a backpack and takes up minimal spac... Read More
This is a great accessory camera bag. Will easily hold small lenses of my fuji mirrorless. When i use it for work it fits my multi-tool, mini flashlight, cellphone, 4 in 1 screwdriver.
This field pouch is just what i needed for backpacking! It closes securely and can be folded closed at different sizes depending on your need. The velcro strips on the front are long enough so that the front flap can shut at whichever place necessary.... Read More
Cons
The capturepro slot is my main problem. I feel that the weight would cause issues int he long wrong. If you ever take the pouch off your shoulder, the bag tilts almost horizontal because the shoulder anchors are on the rear. All null because of fatal ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
High quality materials resist wear and look great.
This is a high quality belt pouch that can be attached to your backpack as well.
Can fit the camera with the lens on just fine.
This is a deceptively simple pouch meant to be paired with the everyday messenger series from peak design.
Price
And the major major factor is price.
I'm retired and moderately poor, so price reduced to $200 when used with camera bag is a total oxymoron for me.
Shipping
Little did i know that it would come in handy and be used daily while on the ship.
I figured i would use it for our cruise to carry my large iphone 8 plus around the ship.
Competitiveness
Combined with a peak design strap that most appeals to you, this bag will hold up to a huge 26800mah battery with a cable.
This is an excellent side pouch and i can carry my lumix gx85 with a couple of extra batteries and cards easily.
Have a sony a6000 w/ 16-50 kit lens.
However, use only with lens less than 5.
