Pros

This lunchbox is very durable and keeps food cold all day long. The tray on the inside is perfect to keep food cold but dry. If you're hunting for an extremely durable lunchbox, this nails it.

Although not rotomolded, it is exceptionally durable. Would recommend this over a yeti any day of the week.

Umm yes please. I anticipate this one will last for years though.

The longer i use it the more im ok with the size for the tradeoffs it offers. Bought this as a small cooler to compliment my other larger sizes. Keeps 8 or 10 drinks cold for couple of days with just reusable blue ice things.

Cons

The issue is the thin flimsy upper lid which sits a top a hallow void. I am very disappointed with the insulating ability of this cooler.

Customer service is disgusting, vile and condescending. I regret the fact it is costing me $11 return shipping to get a refund.

By the time we had gotten to our hotel in savannah, it had been about 18hrs that it had been in the car with us.

I even had put frozen water bottles in it and by the time we had gotten back home about 24hrs later, they weren't even cold.

If packed with cold items and ice or ice packs it stays cold for a good amount of time.

I got the pacific blue which looks much better in person then in the pictures.

Competitiveness

Love this cooler over other competitors i considered.

The cooler is very sturdy and has the better closures than the other brands.

I was shopping another brand (more expensive) when i stumbled on the pelican.

You can keep your yeti, as this thing is less than 1/2 of the cost and a better cooler.
