This is my goto carry on luggage during cruises or traveling abroad. Weather proof is a good thing and takes * better. More secureable than my old samsonite that i carried for 7 years. This case will clothe you and keep you safe.

Quality
Generally worth the cost of the product.
Spacious and with the gasket seal, weather tight.
Case did not come with the o-ring.
I am replacing all my luggage with the pelican lineseller - perfect.
Price
The case is a bit heavy, but that's the price you pay for this kind of protection.
Packaging/appearance
It is on the heavy side because it is sturdy, i weigh 200 lbs and can stand on it without crushing the contents.
Competitiveness
I can fit 3 cameras, 5 lenses, follow focus, monitor, batteries, cords, chargers and 40cm 15mm rods!
The lid storage compartment was used to place battery's, cables and flash storage cards.
Yes its a heavy piece but its indestructable.

In a dash 8100 even tough it fits underneath the seat its not very pleasant for the passenger sitting next to you

Unfortunately the curvature inside the case eats into the usable vertical limit

When wheeling it i did slide the case a little on the feet and concrete wore away a small amount of the material
