I had the mesh pouch setup on the lid at first and that lasted a few months before it started tearing swapped to peg board and tied the pouches to it

But all my military issue pouches cannot be attached by molle weave there is too much plastic

It will fit but with some modification or omitting the center top and bottom latch points
