This "suite case" is a phenomenal find. About half the price on amazon versus the manufacturers website. Incredible quality and durability. Blazing heat to sub-zero winter days and everything in between.
Pelican is the best when talk about case. Simply the best. No problems at all. Cannot go wrong with pelican.

Picture of tan colored case is misleading - does not come with the wide handle as i expected but the narrow handle.

All in all solid product and worth the price - i doubt you can abuse it anymore than i have!
I thought i bought this without the foam and thought it was a good price.
Shipping
The case is heavy for overnight shipping.
Nice shipping case, but it is a bit heavy for airline use.

This case seems like it will work great when i start traveling for shooting competitions
I bought this to take an ar15 in my checked baggage and they work great.
We would have been over 65lb total, and the case is well over 30lb on its own.

Of the original lid locking clips only two remain completely intact the others have all been broken off

On the coldest of days the material does become somewhat brittle and easily broken

A couple of the clips snapped by just trying to open them with hand pressure after they had been frozen shut with ice
