Pros

P/n 1700-409-000 is a pick & pluck set for a 1700 series long case. Identical makeup and composition as my other pelican cases. Easy to cut and make custom gun inserts.

Cons

The product received has the same size for the 3 layers and would require trimming. It is generic foam that does not fit the case. Not that i am too much of a primadonna to cut it and make it fit, but that is not what i wanted.
