Pros & Cons
Pros
My 20$ coleman retains ice just as long. Kept ice from friday afternoon until tuesday morning sometime. It's a good ice chest and kept out raccoons, squirrels and some big a$$ black birds. This rode in the back off the truck in 90+ degree weather and ... Read More
This is the 1st cooler i've ordered from pelican. They make a superb product. Even added some vinyl to it.
Handle is top quality and smart cutout for the carrying of it along your leg. Rubber feet and the tie down points are perfect for securing this with tarp straps. Built like a tank, and has a lifetime warranty through pelican.
Newer 65 qt. Cooler. Also own a k2 rotomolded cooler and yeti soft sides. Yes, it's heavier than the rtic soft cooler, but not nearly as heavy as my yeti 20.
Cons
Sorry pelican. Got shoved in and sent down the line" "might as well spend $20 to $30 verses $155" "this cooler is terrible.

The product appears to be holding up and keeps items cold for over 72 hours without additional ice.
Quality cooler but, doesn't hold ice for even a day in the arizona heat.
Received cooler like many people mention in their reviews…the quality control is not great.
Price
Well prime day is over and the cooler is the same price i paid for it on prime day.
Competitiveness
I used this on a 50-mile kayaking trip down the allegheny river.
We opted for pelican over yeti bc of other reviews and a slightly lower price point.
